How does Kosi™ work?
Kosi™ is a TENS device, which stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. Kosi™ works by passing a tiny electrical current through two pads placed on nerve roots supplying sensory fibers to the uterus and/or lower back. The stimulation, once in place, inhibits pain signals from reaching the brain, causing the muscles in the uterine area to relax and produce a relaxing analgesic effect.
Does Kosi™ help with PCOS/ADENOMYOSIS/ENDO/FIBROIDS
Absolutely! Kosi™ is a pain reliever for primary period pain (dysmenorrhoea). However, it may also assist to reduce secondary period discomfort caused by endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, adenomyosis, or pelvic inflammatory disease.
How Often Can I Use Kosi™?
You can use Kosi™ as much as you like! Rest assured that the device has undergone extensive clinical testing to verify that it is fully safe for long-term use. Can I use Kosi™ at any age?

How Long is Kosi's Battery Life?
On the lowest setting, a fully charged battery should last for up to 12 hours for the Kosi™ PRO and 6 hours for the Kosi™ LITE. The battery will last less if you choose a greater intensity, but you should still get roughly 5 to 8 hours for the Kosi™ PRO and 2 to 4 hours for the Kosi™ LITE.
Can I use Kosi™ If I'm Pregnant?
Unfortunately, we cannot advise anyone who is currently pregnant to use Kosi™.
Can I use Kosi™ if I have IUD?
Yes, both synthetic and copper IUDs are safe to use with Kosi™; however, if you’re ever unsure, we always recommend consulting with your doctor.
Are there any side effects?
Kosi™ is a drug-free, non-invasive pain relief device that has undergone extensive clinical testing. It’s CE-marked. The likelihood of negative side effects is low.
How long does a set of sticky gels last?
Sticky gels can be reused until they lose their stickiness. When used, kept, and cared for properly, each set should last you roughly 8-10 uses.
Can I sleep with Kosi™ on?
While some customers prefer to sleep with Kosi™ on, we are unable to encourage it due to regulatory concerns.
Can I use Kosi™ in public?
Yes, absolutely! Kosi™ was designed mainly to provide discreet relief while being unnoticed under any outfit.
